I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you and to explain how I can help you if you decide to come on board the Singing Pig/Fast Profits from BMV one day workshop.


I have know Greg now for a number of years – indeed I attribute much of my own property portfolio building success to me purchasing his manual/phone system 4 years ago. I have ‘worked the system’ myself, and as an aside to this message about my services, I can vouch for its simplicity and effectiveness.


I also have many established, successful clients as a result of Greg’s introductions to me of his manual students over this time too – many have gone on to become very big operators in this business –from a ‘standing start’!


As I am an investor myself, I feel that I have a head start on those in my industry who do not invest in property. It makes it so much easier for me to understand my clients’ needs if I have experience of the situations they encounter myself.


I understand the need for speed, professionalism and certainty in this business for professional operator - as you are going to become.


Also, in these extreme times that we are all experiencing at present, I know from personal experience that there have never been as many solid opportunities to buy bargain properties from highly motivated, desperate sellers.


Many of these opportunities often offer the high possibility for a ‘no money down’ deal and maybe a cash back opportunity too – depending on the circumstances of the particular deal in question.


However, potentially, in my experience, this can lead to frustrated investors who, whilst they can find these great deals that also can potentially be executed with no a money down approach – and possibly a cash back opportunity too, they cannot secure the deal – as, quite simply, they do not have access the financial techniques and processes required in order to make then happen.


This is where I like to feel that I can offer you what you will need should you come into this industry.


However, please be aware, that even I cannot always find a solution for every single bargain deal that is presented to me by clients.



Even the very established operators in this business, from time-to-time, experience the occasional initial setback when attempting to structure a deal.


There are so many variables, and. in these ever changing times (which are throwing up all of these extreme opportunities), you need someone who has their ear constantly to the ground and can make the most, in a financially structured way, of whatever you present to them.


There is always more than one way to skin a cat!


I’d like to suggest strongly that you make sure your team consists of people who area s good as they possibly can be.


I consider myself to have an edge over many of my competitors, and it is this knowledge that means that I am totally confident that I can do as much for you, and more, than others, over the coming weeks, months and years, to help you maximise your aspirations in, what will probably be, a new business venture to you.


I would like to think that I am more than capable of doing this for you.


For the record, I have executed an extremely high number of creative yet totally legal ‘no money down’ deals for many Singing Pig members over the last few years – many of them are highly regarded demanding professionals who, I assume, would not use me if they weren’t 100% delighted!
