Hello, and welcome to the introductory section for the ‘Fast Profits from BMV/Singing Pig’ one-day property course workshop.

It is a joint collaboration between myself, Greg Jackson, author of the well-established ‘Fast Profits from BMV’ manual, and David Beard, owner of http://www.singingpig.co.uk/, a well-established and reputable web-based investment property forum for those people seeking financial freedom in their lives.



Natural development…..

This development of offering a one-day property course workshop is an obvious, natural extension of the well-established manual and phone support package that has proved not only to be popular – but more importantly – effective for those who have invested in it.



Many members and visitors of www.singingpig.co.uk may know me better by my user name of rialto when I originally published my first version of the manual back in early 2005. It was initially published as a result of numerous requests that I received from newcomers to the Below Market Value sector - who wished to ‘fast track’ their entry into this potentially lucrative niche.

Now, as a result of numerous requests for something deeper than the manual/phone support package, I have taken the decision has been taken to add the option of being able to attend the one-day property course workshop instead of purchasing the original package.


Hence the ‘Fast Profits from BMV/Singing Pig one-day workshop’



What does the one-day property course give you?


As it is an extension of my successful original package, it is pointless to radically change the actual system.


The business model works. No questions.


It is therefore the intention of the workshop to look deeper, with the extra time available to us, into some of the more crucial components of the system – as we will have the luxury of more time than with the original offering.


I know through experience and feed-back that most of the people who have invested in my system, up to now, tend to need the most help in two main areas;



· Adopting a marketing mindset and 'taking control' of their chosen ‘area of operation’


· Confidence in meeting prospects in their own homes and ultimately structuring solutions to solve a prospects problems




Whilst the workshop will cover everything that the manual/phone system covers, we will be able to spend more time in ensuring that you are totally familiar and comfortable with the more crucial aspects of getting your own operation working to its optimum level.





The one-day workshop provides the following;



· Commencing 9.30 am on Saturdays (registration/coffee 9 am).



· A copy of ‘Fast Profits from BMV’ for each attendee. Sent, where practical, to each attendee prior to the workshop, upon payment being received. This will help attendees with their preparation prior to the day.


· One day workshop from 9.30 until 5.30. An intensive, yet enjoyable ‘illumination’ and grounding in this remarkable business. Upon completion you will be fully prepared, and able, to get yourself into this business, in a professional and informed manner, after the workshop. I will be presenting all of the day myself, and you will have the chance to meet me and ask questions during that time.


· Introduction to the professional team that investors need in order to conclude fast deals – with no money down techniques available too.



· 90 days email support from the date of the workshop taking place. Where delegates can email me for further, unlimited, support for a period of 90 days for personal one-on-one support and help.



· The option of extending my personal email support (at an extra cost) beyond the initial 90 day period.



· All refreshments and lunch included in the price.



The venue for the workshops is the The Britannia Country House Hotel Palatine Road, Didsbury, in Manchester

As I mentioned previously, it covers the same areas as the manual/phone system – but in more depth – especially in the more crucial areas of the business model.


It also will offer you a lively and convivial atmosphere that will most definitely promote discussion – and, even possibly, debate amongst other like-minded individuals who share the same goals.

There will be no excuses for anyone, following the workshop, to not commence their own operation in their own chosen area immediately.

The cost is a fully allowable expense for tax purposes, and can be presented to your accountant at the end of your years trading and offset against the profits you have made.



Don’t forget that once you’re actively in this business, searching for bargain properties then you are a property dealer – It’s now your business. In any business you are allowed to offset legitimate business expenses against your annual profits – this industry is no different.


The cost of educating or training yourself to become proficient is an allowable business expense.


It’s a decision that only you can make.



There’s very little if anything else for me to add now.
